Milling a block of mahogany for a new guitar neck

PRICING

Hand cutting a neck

  • Student model begins at $4,250.00

This is an Indian or Bolivian Rosewood guitar with a European Spruce or Western Red Cedar top, Ebony fingerboard and carbon fiber reinforced Mahogany neck. It has standard bindings, and Irving Sloan classical tuning machines. Sides back and neck are varnished. The top has a hand-rubbed, French-polish shellac finish.

  • Concert model begins at $5,500.00

It has Madagascar, or high quality East Indian rosewood back and sides, with European Spruce, or Western Red Cedar top, Ebony fingerboard, and carbon fiber reinforced Mahogany neck. It has rosewood bindings with Tiger Maple purflings, and Irving Sloan classical tuning machines. The entire guitar is finished in hand-rubbed, French-polish shellac.

Jointing a European Spruce Top

  • Nylon folk guitar base price is $4,250.00

Includes the features of my student model, but with a narrower neck and a full radiused fingerboard.

I guarantee my guitars for my lifetime as a practicing Luthier for any defects in workmanship. Guitars damaged by mis-handling, abuse, temperature extremes or humidity issues are excluded from this guarantee.
